Dunkin' - Dallas

I stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts on my way to work for breakfast. The service was quick and efficient. I really enjoy their coffee and breakfast sandwiches!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. When I got to the window, the employee tried to give me a hot drink instead and attempted to charge me for that. After a moment, they finally found my correct order for me to pay. However, when I received my drink, it only had one cream and one sugar instead of the extras I asked for. The staff seemed unable to operate the register properly or take my order correctly. I won't be returning. Never again.

I ordered a vanilla almond milk latte, avocado toast, and some donuts for my grandson. Once inside, the team behind the counter was bustling to handle the drive-thru orders, but the inside was quite calm. There were only a few people ahead of us, so we moved through the line quickly. When I told them I was there to pick up an app order, a young man asked if I had a latte. I confirmed, and he said it was mine, assuring me he would find the rest of my order. I picked up the latte, and it was piping hot. I checked to make sure it was made with almond milk, and he confirmed it was. Our order was ready quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. I found the staff to be friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. We settled into the simple chairs and enjoyed our meal while watching the cars in the drive-thru. Even though I don’t live very close to this place, it's the only one nearby, so I'm hoping my next visit is just as great. Fingers crossed!

I really use to enjoy stopping at this Dunkin on my way to work but recently my experience hasn’t been good. For the last two weeks they have been out of bags, they are always out of refresher mix and today they don’t have straws. Like common sense would be to order more if you’re constantly running out. I really tried to give this place a few more chances but today was my last time ever visiting this location smh

This place is nice .. I ordered a large coffee but since they have no large cups .. they offered me a 2 medium size coffee instead for the same online order drive thu .. the staff were nice and helpful during the drive through ... definitely I will go back there again ...
