Be careful when using their app. I ordered food thru their app and when I got there to pick up my food I was told my order had not been received. I showed the cashier my app and also showed order number and it had been paid for. He told me they had been having glitches with the app and I wasn't the only one experiencing this problem. I visited this location, and they consistently forget something with every order. The service attitude is the worst I've encountered. It's worth the extra drive to find a better Chick-fil-A experience because you won't find it here. UPDATE: The dasher came back 1 hr later and handed me the shake and apologized for the slip. Kudos to you, Anna, for going above and beyond to make things right! I would avoid ordering delivery from this location. They missed my shake twice in a row and it was a hassle to call customer support. They would just give me the run around between Doordash and Chick fil A Cares team. Very disappointed!
The service here is consistently quick and friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh.
Always stylish and quick service! Keep up the excellent work. It would be great to add an option to give tips to your hardworking staff!
