At most CAVA spo... read more I visit CAVA every single day—literally! Since I don’t eat meat or dairy, CAVA makes my life so much easier, especially the NorthPark location. At most CAVA spots, the veggies tend to be overcooked, which is frustrating because veggies make up about 95% of my meal. But at the NorthPark location, the veggies are always perfectly cooked in my experience! The customer service is excellent too. Despite the high volume of customers, the staff work seamlessly together and handle everything smoothly. In my opinion, this is the best CAVA in the DFW area. With the sauces outweighing the rice, the balance feels off, almost as if the staff are hesitant to add enough of the base. Mariah... read more Allie, who started preparing my meal at Cava, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and guided me through the process since it was my first visit. Mariah took over for the final toppings and checkout, and she was equally helpful in helping me choose the perfect additions for my bowl. Both provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Because of them, I will definitely return to this location. I hope the other staff offer the same outstanding service when I come back and they aren’t working. Thank you, Allie and Mariah—you are truly appreciated. It’s rare to find people who genuinely enjoy their job and care so much about delivering great service these days!
