It's always around 100°F outside, and they won't even provide free water to those in need, including homeless individuals in the area. I live nearby as well, and while I understand the desire to keep Victory Park safe, this shouldn't come at the cost of denying people a basic necessity. This approach is not good for business; they should consider showing a little more compassion instead.

Fortun... read more I visited this restaurant for an afternoon coffee and noticed that there was only one barista on duty, who appeared to be quite stressed and overwhelmed. Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush, so it didn't bother me too much, but I did see some other customers leave without placing their orders. On a positive note, the barista was very friendly and the coffee was fantastic! I would definitely return. They serve Counter Culture coffee and offer fresh juice, which is a nice addition. I didn't try the juice, but it looked delicious. However, I have to deduct a star because the owners need to ensure that there is enough staff to support their baristas and avoid situations like this. I've experienced similar situations before, and they are not enjoyable.
