This causes the managers to have to be the one to take your order and then fulfill your order, packing up your order or putting it on a tray. That leaves them with notime to restock items in the dining room. This also can cause them to run out of biscuits in the middle of the morning. Food isnot bad... and they are trying on the service.

I get up to the window and they say they are out of biscuits and are cooking(how do you run out of biscuits at bojangles idk)and asked if I would like something else, I said I would wait and she then came back and said it would be 15 MINUTES.. I saidokay I'll take dirty rice to go with the Mac n cheese and fries I had originally ordered.. as I'm pulling off I see thembringing fresh pan of biscuits (so there's that) and as I get home I now have no biscuits, no fries, and TWO SAUCES FOR 12chicken supremes and $32 down the drain for half of my food.. also called to speak to manager about a refund and got put on holdwith no one ever picking back up... how hard is it to do your job these days?!

So 1st visit was with my da... read more Finally decided since this is the 3rd time in about a week and a half I 've went to this Bojangles and had issues to write a review! So 1st visit was with my daughter she wanted bo rounds they wasn 't busy at all literally one person at drive thru and wewent in and for individual order bo rounds took 10-15mins I was told originally 3-5mins but they burnt first batch. 2nd visitwas drive thru I was wanting a Cajun filet biscuit so badly on my way home. Got to speaker and wasn 't told they was out ofanything until I ordered and then was told I 'm sorry no sandwiches or biscuits I was so disappointed. Now this evening I didonline order thinking it would be faster trying to get my Cajun filet biscuit.. paid online and sent my husband to get it. Hegets there and they haven 't even started my order! Told him it would be 15 mins or so! Had to cook the steak for steak biscuitand cook his sweet potato pies. Plenty of time was given had they did order or looked at it before he arrived. Took him around10mins to get there and then still waited additional 15 mins. They was not busy or crowded at all..I would understand totally ifthey had been. This location really needs to get it together. I 'll be going to another one from now on and hope it 's better.This location use to be great, fast and accurate. I will at least say the food when my husband finally got it was all correctand tasted good.

Workers standing around when there was a line waiting to order and a line waiting on there order... No lids for the drinks and the lady didn't like the ideaof us asking for ketchup.. will not be returning to this location
