Luna Grill - Dallas

I called a job and checked three times to make sure they understand what I wanted. they told me 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I arrive. it is not done. I'll wait. when my order is finished, I know it's not what I ordered. they say I'm supposed to wait 8 minutes and they'll have it ready. 15 minutes later, I'm running back in and everyone looks confused as if they didn't know they were supposed to make it new. the cassian finally comes to me and tells me, “They dropped it. it will take 15 minutes.” I absolutely did not say and I have my refund and will never come to this place again. please have an organization in your company and a better customer service. I won't be back. I had the worst experience in all DFW areas.

This was a delivery order got salat with whiteberries gurken wobbles and greens made. it came with a dressing, but used my own. it was a satisfying meal. it came with pita brot, but I had to warm up that brot. also the grilled vegetables I enjoyed. Finally I have dolmas too salty for me, but I have a small tolerance for salt can be perfect for most people.

If you are looking for Mediterranean cuisine, you can find better options than this restaurant. The dishes feel hastily prepared and reheated. I dined here once and attempted to give it a second chance, but unfortunately, the dinner experience was disappointing once again. The food lacked seasoning and the Falafel was not up to par.

I urge for better organization and customer service in your company. This was the worst experience I have had in the DFW area.

I recently ordered a salad for delivery which included wheat berries, cucumbers, onions, and greens. It came with a dressing, but I decided to use my own. The meal was satisfying overall. The salad also came with Pita bread which needed to be warmed up. I really enjoyed the grilled vegetables as well. The Dolmas were a bit too salty for my taste, but I have a low tolerance for salt so they may be perfect for most people.
