I am a frequent customer, and keep coming back for several reasons. Firstly, because it is one of my local restaurants, secondly because the coffee is good. Thirdly because the breakfasts are quite ok as well.As a cafe, it does well, lots of seating both inside and outside. Parking is generally easy. Staff are happy. View all feedback.
One of my regular brekkie coffee places. Always fairly busy but the wait at the counter is never too long. They have a $9 special which comprises coffee and half brekkie wrap (egg, spinach, bacon and bushy sauce . The bushy sauce makes it must be like the 11 secret herbs and spices as whatever is in it is divine. I have tried wraps at many coffee shops far and wide in Australia and this is by far the best. (Swanbourne's dancing goat used to have a good one but alas that olace is gone . Cimbas is excellent.

I eat here once a week for breakfast and I always have Eggs Florentine - poached eggs, spinach, smoked salmon on toast topped with a really good quality tangy hollandaise. The salmon is slightly lacking but the overall dish works and is filling. The coffee is robust and strong which I like with a healthy dose of chocolate on top as a good cap deserves. Great barista! There are always multiple copies of both the local and national newspapers which many other cafes scimp on! Well done Cimbalino for spending the money to buy the papers which attract customers in to sit and buy a coffee or two.Lunch is a little boring for me here as I am not a roll in the window kind of consumer nor quiche with a token of salad.Breakfast is reasonable and coffee good!
A busy spot but with heaps of room out the back if all else is full. Coffees were delivered quickly and were very drinkable. The apricot danish was excellent, the raspberry coconut slice was on the dry side, but quite tasty.
This is a lovely little cafe situated on Warratah Avenue in Dalkieth. Friendly staff and efficient service. Great selection of food and cakes to die for, they also cater for gluten free. Definitely worth a visit or 2 ????
