This is the most useless situation in all Canada, I often have many locations over the years and this is the worst! Spent over an hour in a line 4 employees inside help a person pay on cash for order specified NO CHEEZE on all 4 breakfast sandwich all 4 had CHEEZE!!! They ran out of hash browns ... offer to replace hash browns with extra sausage, 15 min later out of sausage, we can replace with muffins... for the other 2 sandwiches why not make all four with sausage before we extra on the 2 wraps! they pored coffee first and it was long cold waiting for the food to come out!!! I never complained... but never had such a terrible experience as this place provided us today! UPDATE= my friend picked up my sandwich with Cheeze to get a refund and the manager Kindly made it good by returning the money for the complete order. Well done, and above all expectations!

Dangerously slow service. Over 45 minutes for a roasted bagel with cheese. was served a burned black bagel with butter. Personalize or close.

Over an hour in the drive thru!!. Ordered lunch for my grandkids thinking it would be quick. Even when I got to the window my food was still not ready and the staff was rude and still messed up the order. I paid for the car behind me Coffee and delivered it because it was sitting on the counter getting cold. When I let the staff know that the order was wrong she did nothing about it. When I asked for the receipt she said no I believe you.... So much for hospitality!
