I had to wait a long time for my order to be ready, and I felt quite cold while I was waiting. Despite a sign advertising free ice cream, I found that there was none available. The restaurant itself was chilly, which made the experience less enjoyable. Don't go here if you want fast food. I ordered two chicken sandwiches at 3:30 and it took longer than 20 minutes. They're excuse was that they had no chicken patties cooked. If you sell chicken all day and have no other customers why don't you have chicken made? By the way it was 3:54 when we finally got our food. Not even close to rush hour. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Didn’t give us our salad tried to make us pay for another one and didn’t like it when we proved them wrong with the receipt
The service was good and friendly, the food was hot and fresh, and the bathroom was clean. Overall, it was a great experience!
I absolutely love Golden Chick! Their chicken strips are always served hot and crispy, and the mac and cheese is truly delicious.
