I asked if I could use a medium c... read more Stopped for lunch on a cross country trip. I wanted a small combo, but they were out of small cups so charged me for a medium. I asked if I could use a medium cup and only fill it 3/4 full, since after all it isn?t my fault they are out of small cups. I wastold no, and it isn?t their fault they are out of cups either. Nice attitude. In addition, all the tables were filthy as was thebathroom. Sh$thole store that would be best to avoid. The only consolation is that they have to live here.

She needs to be commended f... read more The young woman working here was top notch, taking care of the two customers in the store, making our sandwiches and cashing us out. She needs to be commended for her excellent customer service. There was another older employee there but she stoppeddoing anything with the customers and just stood there. Since she was not handling the second part of the assembly, it tooktwice as long to get our sandwiches. The younger one was not wearing a name tag but, again, she is to be commended for her workethic.

They have so many new options for sandwiches I won't run out of new choices for awhile. Fresh bread, cheese, freshvegetables and your choice of meat, can't go wrong.

Very poor customer service.
