So I purchased a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappe a Carmel Frappe today, 10/25/24, Friday. I had them personalized. They were both WRONG! The Ribbon Crunch was supposed to be 2% milk, extra crunch, extra drizzle, line the cup. It had none of that. The regular frappe was supposed to be extra ice, extra drizzle, line the cup.
