Pilot Travel Center - DALEVILLE

Great location! CLEAN! There was sanitizer available for customers to use. They had a great selection of snacks, drinks, general items. And the best part was the CLEAN and more-than-adequate restrooms. I would definitely stop there again.

Gas Pump 10 did not stop pumping gas to the point where gasoline was all over the ground, told the workers inside who did nothing to take care of obviously flammable material all over the ground, nor rectify the poor service. Never going to Pilotagain!!! Edit: adding photos!

I stopped by to grab a Subway sandwich on my way and had a really unpleasant experience. The employee named Stevie was quite rude and exhibited racist behavior. When I asked for a change of gloves, he refused and told me to wait, then pushed me to the end of the line.

The gas pump screens here are the most complicated I've ever encountered. I waited for five minutes while it just said "please wait" before finally asking for my zip code. Then, when I tried to use the squeegee (which was in a bucket, so I should have expected the worst), it left my entire windshield covered in an almost impossible-to-remove grime. I was genuinely shocked at how frustrating this experience was.

I went in to use the restroom, and I found everything to be very clean.
