Actually good KFC. I often find myself not eating the chicken from KFC because theres always something unpleasant about it. But KFC Dalby, so far, has had good chicken. The menu and the product have not changed. the enkel there to lunch and eat. the air conditioning was set slightly cool, but it was a warm day.
Not happy as we did not receive the coleslaw we ordered and paid for as we were driving through we were unable to go back.
The service was slow due to the limited number of staff, but the young employees handled the busy environment very well, and the food was quite good. However, the owner should consider hiring more staff, as they are consistently understaffed during busy periods. On a positive note, there is plenty of parking available nearby.

Really poor service! I have had had several orders filled incorrectly despite being charged for them in the past twelve months! The young staff are more interested in laughing and joking around with each other rather than making sure customers orders are correct! Worst KFC I’ve ever been too for service!
