I threw away the shawarma from your restaurant yesterday. It seemed like it wasn't even cooked properly, as it was tough like a rock. Is a shawarma to you just Arab bread, meat, and fries? It seems like you don't value your customers. This is the second time this has happened and will likely be the last.
Waited 1 hour before placing an order with unqualified and unfriendly staff.
