Picnic Cafe and Dessertery is a delightful little shop located in the town square. The sandwiches, quiche and pastries are delicious. The coffee is well made and is not bitter at all.My husband loved his breakfast sandwich and my quiche was phenomenal.The restaurant atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Why this place is popular, I have no idea. The peach, rosemary, chicken salad sounded different and good, but my sandwich had so little chicken salad it was actually a bread sandwich. The chicken chili soup had a good taste but had really big chunks of tomato and jalapeño peppers. The price of this non-sandwich was $9.95 and not worth half the price. This was my first and will be my last visit. View all feedback.
