Bratzeit - Dahlonega

This place has become one of my dahlonega local hangouts! For great beer, food and business. Doris and Gion the owners are the best to make you feel at home and part of the Bratzeit family.

1st time there. Very nice staff. Food was excellent! Can’t wait for better weather to enjoy lunch on their patio with my dog.

Wow! Absolutely enjoyed our feast this evening. I lived in Germany for a total of 12 years and must say this is by far the best German cuisine here on this side of the pond. Owners are super friendly and my wife and I will be back. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had the sausage plate for Memorial day ending with their apple strudel just heaven. The spatzel was spot on too. From the owner/manager to the waitress just pleasant people who like their job that is hard to find.

We stopped by for the 3 year anniversary yesterday and it was a great time. Live music with the Bavarian Duo was very entertaining. This is a family owned business and they understand customer service. The speciality was Goulash and it was delicious, especially with fresh Spätzle. Wide variety of staple German choices also available. They even had Glühwein (mulled red wine) and yes it was home made and not warmed up store bought stuff. If you’re in the area don’t hesitate to stop by. You won’t be disappointed.
