We rented the “roots” for a wedding reception with approximately 50 people attending. Brandon and his crew were excellent in getting the space ready and working through any issues.I can’t thank Brandon enough for working with us to get this event pulled off, especially during the Gold Rush weekend.The down stairs is a very unique and cool space. The barista was unhelpful. Didnt seem to want to be there. Ordered 3 drinks, hot chocolate wasnt flavorful. Ordered a ginger lemon, tasted awful and what i ordered maple cinnamon wasn't what was made. But at this point i was over the whole vibe. Went to the shop up the hill and found engaging atmosphere and welcoming hot cocoa for everyone. View all feedback.
The place has potential (homey interior) but they have an old espresso machine the coffee experience isn’t great. The baristas don’t have a great process and it took more than 15 minutes to make two cappuccinos.

My husband and I got coffee here on our way out of Dahlonega. I cannot remember the barista's name but she was AWESOME! I take coffee very seriously(? she was so patient answered all my questions with a big smile. We both loved our coffees and the atmosphere vibe of the coffee shop was wonderful. We didn't get any food but it looked very yummy! Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy didn't have to worry because they gave delicious oatmilk for their coffee!!

I lost power at my home for a bit so I came here to get some work done. It’s a very nice place and the atmosphere is lovely. I really loved my coffee as well. Thank you!
