The crab cake Benedict is phenomenal! The owner cooked this up for me first thing this morning after I’d been on a long hike! Yummylicious and the crab cake was so fresh! Thank you??? View all feedback.
What Jay DiLiscia doesn't like about Bourbon Street Grille:
08/05/2024. Their hours are open to 9. Called ahead by 26 minutes, 7:30ish, said they were open until 9, no reservation needed. Told the lady on the phone that we were excited and we're on our way. Arrived at 8:00 pm and was told that they had to close early and wouldn't serve my wife and I. Bad business. We are from out of town and this was our anniversary dinner. There is no other night that I'm in town this week that they are open. Needless to say I won't be back, and see no reason for anyone else to waste their time coming here.
Arrived to the restaurant at 9pm with last call at 9:30. The food was still delicious and the waitress was attentive. We ordered the gumbo and the dirty shrimp, both delicious. The corn bread rocked. Probably one of the best creole food I've had. Wheelchair accessibility: None
The food was excellent. The hostess seemed to be having a bad day. Our waitress disappeared after we got our food.
Great place, the food is spot on and service was superior.
I have only visited once, but loved everything about the place. I will definitely go back again
The food was delicious. We had the Frenchletta, an open faced muffuletta, for an appetizer. It was different with bits of balsamic vinegar which sounded odd, but it was excellent! We also had a blackened crawfish po boy and shrimp and crawfish etouffee. It was all tasty and we would definitely order it again. Speaking of tasty, we had the chocolate beignet without the strawberry reduction and the regular beignets. The chocolate beignet was oozing dark chocolate and it was wonderful! The regular beignets were great just the way a beignet should be. They came out warm with generous amounts of powdered sugar. We ate upstairs the only choice due to staffing. It had a nice New Orleans vibe. The stairs were steep. The staff was friendly and the service was good. We arrived around 1:00 and had to wait about 30 minutes on a Thursday, but it was nice to go look into the shops around the square. Parking: We parked in one of the free lots around the square. It was a little bit of a walk, but it was a nice day and we needed exercise after our meal!
