They opt for organic Sante almond milk for its superior quality, despite the slightly higher cost. I believe it was around 60LE. It's interesting how non-vegan places often excel at vegan dishes more than actual vegan restaurants.

They use organic almond milk, which is of higher quality but a bit pricier. The cost was around 60 LE. It makes me wonder why non-vegan places can often make better vegan food than actual vegan restaurants.
