What Waino Stoltenberg doesn't like about Cafe Mjelyca:
I ordered the pesto pasta, and it was too nutty. Also, the blueberry cheesecake has a dry, hard crust and has a hint of margarine taste (not too sure if it really is margarine). View all feedback.

A hidden gem in Dagupan! Their Korean bark and frozen blueberry cheese are absolutely delicious. Another highlight is their friendly and accommodating staff. Keep up the great work!
Value for money, try this best pasta and cakes in town.

I highly recommend the Parmegiana Alexandra, a delicious pasta dish with a tomato base.
