The room was okay although some lights and netflix didn't work. The pools are dirty and salty. The water has some bad odor. The food in the restaurant was the best. The pools are scary during night. Service: 3 View all feedback.
Good accommodation and service. Pool was nice but needs cleaning specially the adult pool. I used a goggle and I can clearly see that the pool was not maintained.
Please employ more guards or life guards near the slide specially the highest one. Many visitors are not courteous and does not wait for thier turn.
Very lively and accomodating crew serves for the best of their services, very clean pools, fresh tilapia fishing and many more to enjoy
I was disappointed with the way guests are welcomed at this resort. It is overrated, and the quality of service and overall ambiance do not justify the steep entrance fee. The swimming pool had greenish water, and there was a strong smell of chlorine throughout the area.
