I?ve never been a huge Starbucks consumer, but I was absolutely swept off my feet by this location. Not only is it new, so everything is up to date, but they keep EVERYTHING extremely clean and well kept. The customer service is phenomenal and a welcome feeling is always provided! What Marinella Day doesn't like about Starbucks:
3rd day in a row they are just randomly shut down for no reason. This happens all the time. I?ve never seen such an unprofessional Starbucks in my life. In any state or city. They are incredibly slow as well. Most of the employees are friendly, but just randomly being closed, what gives???.
This is a full Starbucks inside Kroger. They even have all the racks and shelves full of Starbucks merch. Really nice spot.
This is a newer Starbucks. I am disappointed with the service and the fact that the drive thru was broken and they just opened.

Best Starbucks ever! Super friendly staff, the drive thru always moves fast, and the store is way comfy and clean. They even made me feel special on my birthday! Had to post this..
I believe the young lady who helped me was Monica, and she was so kind and helpful! I asked if they had anything off menu or something they liked to make, and she did not dissapoint! I can say with certainty I love matcha now!
