I and friends were here a few times. the first time we had a pot tee and sandwiches and took a piece of carrot cake home. next time, we've let ourselves in for coffee and cake. he had a huge slice of lemon cake and said: "It was so refreshing and the best he tasted. I had it. the skorone came with a good amount of sight and marmad was divine, and they could come the scorpse. a piece of cake will she back £2,50 and is worth every penny. they get such a big part and even better, it's homemade! I would definitely recommend it.

It was absolutely delicious, generous portions, great v... read more Visited the Tea Tree today for afternoon tea as a treat for my birthday and I was far from disappointed. It was absolutely delicious, generous portions, great variety of cakes, the sandwiches were fresh and tasty and the quiche was my favourite part it was delicious. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. I will be going back and I would definitely recommend it.

There... read more I had a wonderful afternoon tea with friends today. I have tried many afternoon teas, including at the Savoy in London, and this was the best one by far! There was a great selection, including quiche and coleslaw. The tea and coffee were delicious. The staff were very attentive and it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon!

HOWEVER THE SERVICE, THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE ROOM WASN'T GOOD AT... read more WENT FOR AFTERNOON TEA FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY. THE TEA, COFFEE, SANDWICHES AND CAKE WERE OK. HOWEVER THE SERVICE, THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE ROOM WASN'T GOOD AT ALL. THE PLACE WAS FREEZING COLD AND THE SERVICE WAS EVEN COLDER. WE FELT UNWELCOME FROM THE MINUTE WE WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR AND IT DIDN'T GET ANY BETTER. NEVER BEFORE HAVE I HAD TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING WE SHOULD HAVE HAD. FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND WAS TOTALLY IGNORED FROM THE SERVICE.
