What FloydOnForever doesn't like about The Lemon Plaice:
The fish and chips at this restaurant are budget-friendly, but the batter is overly salty. I had to drink two pints of water after my meal to wash away the taste. It's strange that they put salt on their chips before vinegar. The portions are decent and parking is convenient, but the food quality is lacking. View all feedback. ok place seemed clean, he had out ketchup, so he gave me some mayonnaise not loaded as well, ordered chickenburgers and chips, chips, where freshly cooked and very nice, so was the chickenburger, all this please and thank, so was polite and professional wise etc.,. was on himself, but I can see if he had a bad day I seemed to say he had no problem View all feedback.

The food is consistently excellent and the service is friendly. This is the top spot in Hemel to get a satisfying portion of chips. I highly recommend it.
