After waiting for 10 minutes behind 6 people the waiter tells me it's gonna be very long I still have people in the background to serve ....( and so that means... read more After waiting for 10 minutes behind 6 people the waiter tells me it's gonna be very long I still have people in the background to serve ....( and so that means what I have to leave ?) .. a person arrives they tell him clearly that it's not worth waiting (without saying hello) while the one had placed the order by phone. We were 9 people to see us denied the service. a couple enter to eat and the server tells people you will be served next week! This is business!!!! we have left the hotel and we are redirected to the other open restaurants (they also overflowed but welcoming) .. I agree there are few people so under pressure but as a customer we are not responsible!!!
