While I had high hopes for an enjoyable dining experience for my daughter's 10th birthday, I was unfortunately met with several issues that left me feeling dissatisfied. I was referred by a friend to come to your location, who told me how good the Crawfish was. Firstly, the service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Lauren, the waiter, was not knowledgeable about the menu items. Despite several attempts to flag down the server, it took an unusually long time to receive any service. I had to walk into the bar and personally place an order while sitting on the patio. Secondly, the food quality was poor. I ordered medium crawfish, but they were so hot with spice that I couldn't even enjoy them. I had to request water several times and then wait over 10 minutes to receive it. Lastly, the manager Zack was very rude and disrespectful. My neighbor, who had been at your establishment 45 minutes prior to my arrival, had already eaten all her food and was waiting for her ticket to leave. When I requested my ticket to go, I was hit with an 18% gratuity. When I questioned this, Zack was unapologetic and refused to remove it, despite the fact that I only had a party of 3. I feel like Zack disrespected us as customers and needs to be retrained on customer service. I would like my $9.98 back, and to be honest, a full refund. Worst part is, this was the least busy we have ever seen this place.
