Subway - Cypress

Went to this subway on my lunch break. The woman helping me was very kind and sweet. You know when you would come back from playing outside and your grandma made you a sandwich? that's the energy she gives. also the veggies and sandwich choices were very nicely organized, i was impressed. she also didnt put to much bbq sauce on my bread like other subways i go to in lakewood.

The male worker at this restaurant during weekdays, who makes sandwiches quickly, is rude in his body language and behavior. I only ordered a sandwich and he argued with me about adding two extra slices of tomato. He roughly placed a chip in a plastic bag and pushed it towards me rudely. Customers should not be treated this way. I have seen similar complaints about some other employees here, likely the same ones. It ruins the experience. The female worker is sweet and polite, but every time I come here, I hope she is the one making my order. Today was my last visit to this place.

Just like all Subway locations, this one is no exception. The restaurant is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the menu selection is standard. Ordering through the app ensures that your food is always ready for pickup.

Avoid this Subway at all costs. The service was terrible, and they discriminate against customers who do not wear masks. It is not legal to refuse service to someone simply because they are not wearing a mask.

The male server in the load was so rude on the last Friday afternoon. he doesn't deserve a star as he treats his customers. the first thing I came in was still looking at the menu, which he seems to order, that he already looked at me to hurry with the ton of his vote. I mean, I have two kids and a grandmother with me, which I have to think about what they want. they're coming up, they should think about something. as they have thrown this broth on the dead and all the things they did to prepare our order that they almost break! the worst thing you told us. they hurry young.(we were the only customers in the business, no line, we wore our masks and both grown-ups were vaccinated) so where are you in a hurdle? I asked you nicely why and you didn't answer back. you have no shameful very terrible attitude! don't work in there if you don't like your job, others deserve it. I'll never go into this branch anymore. that never happened to me before you did. customer service subway!
