The employee with the braid and long nails should be terminated. When we sat at the counter to place our order, no one answered. The employee with the braid and long nails should be terminated. When we sat at the counter to place our order, no one answered. As a line began to form, we moved to the window where we saw a male worker wearing a hat and the employee with the braid who was not working. When we approached the window, she asked if we were there to pick up an order. We informed her that we were there to place an order, and she left. The male worker then took our order, but the girl with the braid returned and asked us again what we wanted. We had to repeat our order four times! It appears she may not be working efficiently or may not want to do her job properly. This has happened before at this establishment and she should be let go as she is giving the entire restaurant a bad reputation.
Avoid this place at all costs! Do not come here if you want to waste your time and money. The employees all seem to have the mental capacity of a 3-year-old. I only came for the food, and it took 30-40 minutes to get my order. Just a heads up, for Uber Eats, the meal should be ready or close to ready by the time a driver arrives. These people should reconsider their line of work. It would be better for their well-being as well as the company's reputation.

Usually I would give this place 5 stars, but not today. there was a serious mistake with the mobile app. I ordered to this place (and my phone showed that) but another place was sent my order that consisted of for two strokes.) instead of accepting that this was a mobile app problem and tried to fix the problem, the manager told me it was not on his screen and could not help. he gave me a number to call. he offered to do the order at this place, but it would be charged, and I would have to call to get the other order credited. unfortunately I went to the other place and it just went downhill. I give this place a lower rating to not try to help me fix the problem that was clearly not my fault.
The worst customer service experience ever. The assistant manager was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked about an item not being in stock. We ordered the big dill. They didn’t have the ingredients, yet “fulfilled” the order and didn’t say anything. The only reason I figured it out is because I looked. Charged for an item that they didn’t have; (fried pickles; a side order) and they also didn’t say anything until I asked where they were. We will not be returning to this location bc of the assistant managers attitude alone. People make mistakes, I definitely get that. But there’s no reason to be extremely rude and get an attitude when asked a simple question.
