Retro Cafe - Cypress

Pho is delicious. The broth definitely on point and the portions are very generous. Sandwiches are pretty great too. We found a new contender for favorite take out place in Cypress.

The sándwiches are great and the wonton soup and Pho are yummy. Awesome hidden gem in Cypress.

The food and service was just simply amazing. Also, they have a much larger selection than most counter service Vietnamese restaurants. I went a couple days ago. Now, I'm on my way again today. This will now be my go-to lunch spot.Food: 5/5

This place is not good I got the chicken in rice and it taste super old and dry no favor and I would not come back here

I don’t know how the food is at this restaurant, but I am rating them on their customer service. I work for DoorDash and I was picking up a large order for a customer today. When I arrived they were just starting the order so I waited 10-15 mins or so and asked them very politely about how much longer it will be. They lady behind the counter who was working on the order starts yelling at me telling me it is a very large order snd she is doing her best and I just needed to be patient. I had to bite my tongue not to snap back at her. Instead I walked out of the restaurant and called DoorDash to unassign me from the order. I am not going to put up with being treated that way. There was no excuse for it as I was polite to her.As a restaurant EE, you should never treat customers or delivery drivers the way she treated me. Customer Service is just as important as the quality of the food. For this reason, I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
