The dining experience at this restaurant is exceptional. The dishes are always fresh and delicious. However, I must mention that the service could be improved. I had to wait for 45 minutes before my food was even started. My mother and I only received a partial refund after waiting for 15 minutes. The staff also seemed disorganized, but the quality of the food made up for it. View all feedback.

We had to wait for over 20 minutes for our food. I had to go back to the window because I thought they had forgotten about us, and the person at the window informed me that they had just started preparing our order when I mentioned we were waiting. After the long wait, we received the completely wrong sandwich, which wasn't even wrapped properly, just placed loose in a paper bag. The sandwich had the wrong side dish and was missing ingredients. Additionally, the French onion soup had nothing in it, and another sandwich we received was not what we had ordered. It's disappointing to wait so long only to receive the wrong order, with only one item being correct.
I will write this when I leave. The steak and cheese sandwich is one of my favorite dishes to order at restaurants, but this particular one had an excessive amount of horseradish on it. I don't mind horseradish in moderation, but this was way too much. I couldn't even take two bites of the sandwich before I had to stop. I usually don't like to complain or leave negative reviews, but this sandwich was probably the worst thing I have ever ordered. Moving on to the staff, they were unfriendly from the moment we walked in. The woman at the cash register was extremely rude to an older lady who was having trouble reading the menu and needed help. The cashier was impatient, disrespectful, and overall had terrible behavior. When it was my turn to order, the person taking my order was also very rude and brusque. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, and I will not be returning to this place in the future.
Terrible! I'd never get the workers rude, careless again. we waited for 45 minutes to ask for a refund without food. my daughter was very hungry. we had to ask 5 times about the status of our order. every time we ask the girl, rolled her eyes and said that we work on it and said that she will call our name as soon as it was done! very good. do not recommend. there would be 0 stars if it was possible.
I usually never write a review on Google, but I have to say that this is the worst Panera Bread I've ever been to. The food is bland and tasteless. I've been here twice and ordered iced coffee which isn't self served for some odd reason like most Panera Breads. Every time I ordered iced coffee they never make it for me so I constantly have to go and ask them.Peeking over the counter it's dirty AF in the back. They make their sandwiches directly on the counter. The bathroom is sticky and the overall vibe is just off.I've been to many Panera Breads across the states and this is definitely the worst one.Stay away.
