Its currently 1045, I walked in and asked after sitting in the pickup spot for 10min and theybwere just putting the order together. Absolutely unsatisfactory, dont put a time and not be prepared tomeet it. Only one thing required cooking everything else was pastries and drinks. My hot sandwich was cold and we asked for nowhip cream and it had whip cream. Also asked for napkins and untensils. Had to run back in to get them. Will never come to thislocation again!

I wish I had read all the negative reviews 1st. Owner should be ashamed with these bad reviews

Crazy thing- I enjoy giving my business to people that are happy to be employed. That said, I ordered a Baja Bowl and was informed they were short on aningredient, but I was still charged for a full bowl. What? The young girl was so ungrateful to have a job, that I'm certain theydidn't make you apply for. She also did not apply my points to my acct.

I waited for about 45 minutes and... read more The food is absolutely phenomenal. They are always fresh and are tasty. But I'm sure you can relate with me about the service. I waited for about 45 minutes and they still haven't started making my food yet. Me and my mom only got partial refund afterwaiting for another 15 minutes. They are also kind of unorganized and the food is basically their only redeeming quality.

I don... read more The food is fine same as any Panera anywhere but the service is trash. It always takes way too long, and they consistently screw something up in my order. I don't do special requests either just whats on the menu but I always get the wrong soup, or wrong sandwich, or a salad with no dressing.
