Both restrooms were locked because the management didn't want anyone using them after cleaning. We ended up waiting for over 30 minutes, and there was no indication that the restrooms were off-limits. When we asked about it, they still refused to unlock the doors. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

They won't prepare any more chow mein, vegetables, or other entrees, even if there are a few customers waiting behind you. The customer service was terrible. When I requested another portion of chow mein, they told me they didn’t want to waste food. I should have asked the customers behind me if they wanted some as well, but I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
