Although the drive-thru was busy, I prefer to go inside to see what's fresh. Katherine took my order, and the restaurant appeared to be well-organized.

This time, I came almost at the end of the rush, but it was still busy, and the staff were just as fast and attentive.

The staff were exceptional, espec... read more I usually don't write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this particular place. The staff were exceptional, especially Adrian, who was very attentive even while handling our challenging group. However, the manager seemed less than pleased. I found the Angus beef to be dry and requested if Adrian could prepare a fresh one, which he did without hesitation. It was surprising to see the manager's reaction, as customer service should be a priority, especially given that they charge extra for the steak and shrimp. The restaurant itself was clean, though I’m not sure if there was a dinner rush at 7 PM, as nearly everything was empty.
