No rewards, no Da Hong Pao milk tea, no aloe, no honey black tea, no four way cup holders when ordering a large order of 6 drinks. No sealed lids. I'm buying a big order for my family, and have to figure out how to hold 6 drinks in my 2 drink cup holder. Tried to over look all this the last couple times bc I really enjoyed the one I went to in Dallas but this will be my last visit.
