Customer service: The young lady with dark hair and a nose ring who served us seemed to be distracted by something more important. She rushed us to make a decision with her body language and demeanor, as if there weren't nearly 20 options to choose from. Additionally, my child has special needs and requires a little extra time to process things. I asked another young lady if she could put a lid on my food because I needed it to go; she handed me a small lid for a large bowl and mentioned that I could eat the excess from both bowls before using the lid. What? She should have at least offered to remove some food so the lid would fit properly. Ultimately, we decided not to eat there because the place was dirty. There were three employees behind the counter with only two customers, so someone could have easily cleaned the dining area. I ended up spilling my drink on the ground on the way home.

This place is not as good as other places I have been to. The waffle cones are very thin and should be thicker. However, the customer service is consistently excellent. I suppose you can't have everything.

They claim to close at 10 o'clock, but when I stopped by at 9:30, the open sign was still on. However, they refused to serve us and other customers who were also arriving, stating that they do not accept customers during their posted hours.

Guy on the theke didn't pay attention to the order and made it wrong, though I said clearly what I wanted. very uninterested in customer service. bad experience.

I have visited many marble slab locations but I've never been charged soooo much...EVER! This is the only location in the area charging for mix-ins. I hope they enjoyed this $12 bc I wont be bk
