There were three of... read more This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The sushi and sashimi are the freshest I’ve ever tasted, and the fried rice is absolutely delicious. There were three of us dining together, and we all exchanged bites of our dishes, and everything was outstanding. The desserts are also fantastic. For those who aren’t fans of sushi, they offer a complete menu of Chinese cuisine. The service here is excellent and very friendly. We highly recommend Fang's and hope that word spreads so it doesn't become just another undiscovered treasure like so many other great places.

We usually go to JoJo but decided to try Fang’s Bistro, and I’m so glad we did! Everything was flavorful and freshly made. The teriyaki chicken comes in a generous portion and the sauce is incredible! We had it with steamed brown rice, and it also includes a small salad or soup. The house fried rice is a hearty portion, packed with chicken, pork, and shrimp. The veggie spring rolls and crab rangoon are pretty standard. The crab rangoon is a bit smaller than what you might find elsewhere, but that doesn't bother me. This place is definitely a winner!
