Subway - Cyberjaya

The portion is very less (compared to other subway outlets) and workers are not adding the veggies in adequate quantity even requested for extra. The worker pretended to add but not adding the veggies. Disappointed. By the way, this is not the first time i’m experiencing this in this outlet. Please improve the service.

I drove here at 8.50am to get my sandwich breakfast. Found on google it opens at 8am. But no, the opening time is 9.30am

Info via Google says Opens at 8am Subway Petronas Cyberjaya turns out there was a notice stuck on the glass door (amidst other stickers n such) that says effective 22 September 2022 will be opened at 9:30 am instead. 1. My bad, didn’t realised or notice that the timing was wrong. However, if you are not ready to open for business, do not leave your doors unlocked for hungry diners to walk in. And please use the OPEN CLOSED Signage. 2. Staff wasn’t too happy to see me and other diners queueing up at the counter. 1 staff was mumbling to the other as he looked at me. I caught wind of “9:30”.. checked my time..sure enough it was just a little after 9 am. I asked the other guy, are you only opened at 9:30 am? Sure enough, he replied with an attitude “tak baca notice..notice dah tulis kat situ” and continued to mumble unhappily. 3. While waiting back in my car deciding what to do, the mumbling guy finally started setting up the outside tables and chairs. 4. The deciding factor that made me run away he was unstacking and just throwing the chairs onto the floor roughly. No wonder some chairs are unbalanced. 5. What would he do to my breakfast sub if I went in to dine at this outlet? The previous batch of female staff was pretty friendly.. what went so wrong, as to replace and employing the current male staff here.. definitely avoiding this location on my map.

I used to come here to get my sub on almost daily basis.. Recently there has been change of staff. New stuff is ridiculously rude to a point where i have to ask him why you have to so rude.

The most covenience subway for me on Cyberjaya. Can park in front of the shop and get in. I’m mostly coming to this outlet compare to the other outlet at Shaftbury. The staff are okay. Sometimes friendly and sometimes not. Place are clean and tidy. I suggest you pun sign on ice dispenser as I found that one of the customer don’t know about it. The size of the shop is not big. The reastauraunt can seat roughly around 16-20 peoples. But I’ve never find any difficulties to find one ever. Outside of the resturant also have few seatings but quite warm.
