This is my fourth visit here. Excellent and eclectic food and a huge selection of teas. The wait staff is generally friendly and proficient. The hostesses are generally flippant while the tea sales counter people are almost always rude, aloof and bothered. Clearly management has no idea how their customer service component acts toward the paying customer. If that staff element were as professional as the rest of staf... View all feedback.
