I, and four friends joined me for lunch at The Anasazi Restaurant. We all ordered the Fish Tacos. As another Local Guide mentioned (but alas I only just saw her review), these were the blandest fish tacos any of us had ever eaten. The sauces added nothing. One was red, one was green. Wow! The food was fantastic. We had the bison steak and the chicken. Just perfect... everything was cooked precisely and tasted delicious. The vegetables were exceptionally well cooked and the meat was very good. Drinks were refreshing. The chairs are surprisingly comfortable and relaxing to sit in. The only downside was that the service was a little slow, but the wait staff checked in regularly and asked about food... View all feedback.
