I was impressed with my take out Margherita pizza from Pizza Centro. The crust could have had a little more flavor, but the simple sauce/cheese and basil topping were very good, The sauce is rich/deep full of tomato flavor and there was plenty of cheese. Their pizza tastes nothing like NY pizzas. I've eaten both. Pizza was dry. It was so overcooked. Crust thick, yuck. Dough tough. Salad? It was lettuce and bell peppers, nothing more. Very boring salad and disappointing pizza. View all feedback.
