I ordered their 12 oz ribeye. The rib eye was not at all up to my expectations. It was suppose to be cooked medium. There was hardly any juice in this steak but so much fat and hard grizzle. When the waiter asked how everything was I informed him that I would never order a steak from here again. He brought over the manger. The manger said well that is the way rib eyes are and if he was eating it there would be more pieces of fat left. WHAT? I cook ribeyes at home. Always buy prime and I never have had that much fat. Plus much more flavor. Half of the steak was not edible. I asked him where he got his meat from and mentioned states such as Tx, Wy, New Mexico, Co. I would think these beef suppliers would offer decent beef. Well anyways the mgr offered nothing. Just a “I am sorry but that is what you should expect from a rib eye”. He could have said if you give us a second try I will give you a discount the next time you come in. My husband had a skinny burger and that was very good. I did not expect a free meal but some kind of gesture after for a steak that was mostly fat would have been appropriate.
