Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cuyahoga Falls

Very dissatisfied with this place we ordered smoothies and flatbreads spent with tip almost 37 for 2 meals apparently they use DOORDASHknown this would have not ordered for delivery got tracking alert saying food was delivered at 6:48 we have multiple cameras no food was dropped off so I called the store the young lady tells me the person picked up the food she doesn?t know what to do for me to call DOORDASH (first was not my responsibility because I ordered through tropical smoothie not DOORDASH ! No phone number was attached for the delivery I asked for manager no one on site ! I am less than 2 min from this store so took another almost 15 min for the driver to drop off the food so by the time the food did arrived it reeked of cigarette smoke and food was unwrapped tampered with seals broken and smoothies were melted We had to throw it all out it?s unsanitary and gross contacted the store through app for refund i did get in conctact with DOORDASH after internet search and was told tropical smoothie has to issue the refund due to them taking the money as of today I still have yet to get a response or my refund my next step will be contacting my credit card will never order from here Again

Devan is so awesome. They helped me with all my questions, convinced me to buy more than what I came in for, which in my book is always a great thing. I love trying new stuff and their customers service is remarkable.

Horrible experience. I ordered 3 smoothies, 1 of them was a completely different smoothie than I ordered and the other 2 were supposed to be watermelon but they tasted like sugar water. Spent almost $30 threw all 3 of them in the trash.

I am so grateful for your late hours. The Açaí Smoothie is the best. The staff was really friendly too.
