Pallotta's Pastries Gift

I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is fantastic, and the food is equally excellent. I can't recommend this place enough. I've attached a copy of the menu for reference.

This cozy spot is a true gem! My child gives it a perfect 10/10 for the unofficial chicken tender rating. The donuts are the best I’ve ever tasted, and the cupcakes are absolutely amazing. The staff is incredibly patient and friendly as well! I highly recommend this place!

I ordered a 12-inch square peanut butter ho ho cake for a large party, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The chocolate cake was either over-baked or stale and turned out to be quite dry. The peanut butter filling was barely present, mixed in with buttercream, leaving little trace of actual peanut butter. To top it off, the white icing was an excessive ¾ of an inch thick—far too much for even the most devoted icing fans. Prior to placing the order, I had visited the bakery to discuss the decoration details with the cake decorator. After an extensive conversation where she took numerous notes, I was disappointed to find that the cake did not reflect our agreed-upon design. I was unable to provide immediate feedback since I wasn’t the one picking it up. Past experiences with Pallotta’s had been positive, with cakes that guests enjoyed so much that they often came back for seconds. This time, however, it was a completely different story; much of the cake ended up being thrown away. Many guests only managed to take a couple of bites before deciding they didn't like it. After spending over $100, this was a huge disappointment. I reached out to Mike, the owner, who admitted that they “missed the mark” this time but offered a discount on my next cake order—though he was vague about how much that might be. When I pressed him for specifics, he said the discount would depend on what I ordered, which felt unsatisfactory and only added to my frustration. I won’t be returning to Pallotta’s Bakery again, and I doubt any of the 30 guests at my event will choose them for their future cake needs. There are local bakeries closer to me that I can count on to deliver what they promise. This experience was far from what I expected from a bakery I've trusted for 25 years.

Best place in Cuyahoga Falls to get a cake! Tastes amazing and they do an awesome job decorating to boot! Got this cake this past weekend for my brothers birthday! Grizzlor (He-Man series a Henchman to Hordak) Everyone loved it! Tyvm!
