Marco's Pizza - Cuyahoga Falls

This Marco's serves some of the best pizza I've ever had, and the professional service is truly commendable! I've ordered countless pizzas from here, but I did have an issue with my last order. The manager handled it gracefully by offering to make a new pizza and even gave me the incorrect one at no charge. I insisted on paying for both pizzas since I wasn't seeking anything for free; I simply wanted what I originally ordered. She kindly convinced me that the wrong pizza was on the house, so I left a tip equivalent to half the price of the first pizza and walked out completely satisfied, as I always am. Thank you for being fair and consistently serving the best pizza in the area!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and noticed the decorated boxes featuring my granddaughter's school. When I placed my order, the pizza was delivered in those special boxes. The pizza was hot and delicious!

I wouldn't call it my favorite pizza place, but it’s certainly good. I encountered some problems registering an account on their website, but I was able to place an order as a guest without any issues. Unfortunately, the wrong pizza was delivered, but after I called them, they quickly acknowledged the mistake and sent out my correct order right away, allowing me to keep the pizza I didn’t order. The staff on the phone were very polite and friendly, and the delivery driver was fast and pleasant. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely order from them again.

We really enjoy the Marco's on Portage Trail. They consistently get our order right and deliver it on time. I love all types of pizza, but their thin crust is my favorite.
