We have used this hotel a couple times for the meeting room. The meeting room has a nice screen that you can use. We had 17, you could maybe have a few more people in there but it be a little tight. The hotel does show a little age. They had a mix of new and old chairs in the meeting room. The old ones the seat material was flaking off. The staff though is always nice and very helpful. What B doesn't like about Country Inn Suites By Radisson, Cuyahoga Falls, Oh:
Stayed for 2 nights. 1st floor. Bathroom was covered in black mold all around the bathtub and ceilings. Never been in a bathroom with an office style drop ceiling before. Wifi was the worst part though, it disconnected every 3-6min, was offline for 1min, and then you had to sign back in. Dont know why it took over 2 nights to fix.. is it fixed now? Idk. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The free cookies at check-in were a nice treat after traveling. Breakfast was decent as well. I would stay here again.
Why is this place so over priced and right next to the train tracks and busy street? The bed and couch felt like they were from the last century. At least there weren’t any bedbugs. Don’t stay here. There are similarly priced hotels with better beds in the area.
First off I want to say how AMAZING the majority of the staff is. Bree, (front desk) was so kind and very informative. She had every answer to every question I had. Even though I drove her nuts by calling 5 times before I visited the hotel. Check in girl was nice. She did her job. Iris? (front desk) was absolutely amazing. I was there with four 12yr olds for a birthday party. She was so patient and kind with my loud kids. She just let them have fun. Made sure they were safe and had everything they needed. I had a great time with her as well. I feel like I made a friend that I’ll never see again. Nate, (front desk) he was so nice and checked me out of the hotel. I showed him the giant mess we made and he acted like he cared. That goes a long way with customer service. I then showed him pictures of how I cleaned up afterwards. Debbie? Was also very friendly. Went out of her way to just talk to me and make me feel comfortable. Staff was amazing. I guess the 3 stars is because i booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. I ended up getting just a chair. I had 2 boys and 2 girls so I had them sleep in the beds and I slept on the floor. That was horrible. Needless to say, I got no sleep. Other then that it was seriously the perfect hotel to have a 12yr olds birthday party!!! Thank you all for being so amazing. These are pictures of how messy we made it and how clean I left it. Thank you so much for a wonderful birthday and visit
This was quite possibly our worst hotel experience ever. Way overpriced. Holes and cigarette burns all over the carpet. Horrible musty smell. We found bedbugs in our bed, so we packed up our things (mind you, we have kids) and checked out after only being there for a half hour. The manager is refusing to give us a refund, after one of their employees said we would be refunded the night we checked out. Pathetic excuse for management if you ask me. This hotel and its employees absolutely disgusted me. We went 4 minutes down the road to a beautiful hotel where we were very well taken care of, and paid 50$ less!
The staff on arrival was nice. Paperwork that I had to sign included no parties. I did not want to deal with that kind of clientele. Rooms were dated. Construction was going on throughout the hotel. Breakfast was basic, but ok. I paid $289.39 for 2 nights? It was worth $50 a night tops. I found other nicer hotels for my return to the area. When checking out and trying to wheel chair my elderly mother to the elevator, hotel staff were fooling around on the elevator and would not make room for us to enter the elevator to leave. This is unacceptable and inconsiderate. I won't return.
