Great food! The service at Chick-fil-A is top-notch! Above the rest for sure. Our food is always hot and fresh. We have a large family and never have to wait longer than 2-3 minutes for our food. You don't have to beg for sauces, or straws, or napkins. And you can always expect your order to be CORRECT. This was our first time visiting this location since moving from TX to Akron and we were not disappointed. View all feedback.
What Ophelia Wintheiser doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Worst chic filet experience I've had. Just asked to see the menu in drive through and and the lady in the first lane was super snobby that I asked to see the menu, then didn't take my order correctly. Got entirely the wrong food and had to pay at the window. Extremely rude. View all feedback.
The chicken sandwich, fries and lemonade was delicious. The people taking our order, giving our receipt and giving our food through the drive through were all very polite. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Where do I start? This is my favorite restaurant. My goto. Food is delicious and hot and there service coordination is second to none. I don't care how many cars are in line they move very fast. I highly recommend Chick-fil-A. A side note, every Chick-fil-A has been consistently great.

Great place! Pretty busy around 1pm but staff was able to prepare my food pretty quickly.
Hi, We LOVE chick fil A so much and we KNOW there’s no chicken sandwich out there that can compete with CFA! But today’s visit service (10/25 at 3:27pm) left us with not so good feeling. While we waited for our meal via drive thru (at least 5 mins wait) the employee at the window were not facing us, instead her back was in our face all the time while she “chit chatting” with her coworkers. My husband had to call her twice to remind her please do not put too much ice in our drinks. She looked at us briefly then continue with her chatting and have her back facing us AGAIN. Call me old fashioned but that is very RUDE body language when you are dealing with face to face customer service! Owner and managers … Please educate these younger generations better when it comes to customer service. Thank you!
