The fried rollmops is... read more Right behind the dike, you can find truly delicious fish sandwiches here. The herring sandwich is topped with a whole herring (2 halves). The fried rollmops is also quite thick. The herring was quite mild. You can also order it without onions, and then you'll get a dollop of remoulade on top (if desired). The sandwiches are baked fresh regularly, crispy on the outside, and moist on the inside. Perfect!
