One of the best lunches we had in Tuscany. We got 4 starters including potatoes in black truffles sauce which was amazing, and 5 different seconding including gnocchi with white truffles sauce which is one of the best dishes we had ever eaten. We could hardly move after this meal, and I suggest to skip desserts... Andrea is very helpful and explains in a decent English each dish. Really a must when traveling in this... View all feedback.
Truly Incredible food. An impressive variety of 'primi, all bursting with flavour . There is a passion and love of food that emanates from the kitchen . The waiters are charming and believe in sharing that love and passion.
Silvio is the Chef and Andrea is the wine expert and he has many kinds that he gets from all the wineries and they are a slow food associated restaurante so you can't go wrong and they get the Porcini Mushrooms from the hills around the restaurant and tartufo too...They make wild boar sugo=sauce for pasta and wild type of things that other places do not make!!They are very good!!

There is simple place on the road to Abetone. Silvio serves incredible lunch tasting menu includes 3 antipasto dishes and 5 different pasta. Some of the the dishes were invented by Silvio and others are traditional.The lunch menu costs 15 euro exclude wine. There is real gem well known by the locals. Reservation on weekend is recommended.
