The region and town of Cussac are ideally located for hikers (on foot an... read more We had a group stay at “Souffle vert” from October 9 to 12. What to say? only good!!!!! The region and town of Cussac are ideally located for hikers (on foot and by bike like us. Accommodation at Souffle vert is made up of individual chalets, ideally designed as two apartments (bedroom+Wc+bathroom separated by a large, very well-equipped kitchen living room . This arrangement allows two couples to cohabit in perfect privacy. We also enjoyed the meals: Fresh, local produce, COOKED on site with plated service (apart from the buffet breakfast and picnic baskets . The cuisine is of an excellent standard (even if sometimes too copious...(in the evening . All the staff are in unison with what I have just written: kindness, smiles, skills. We appreciated the on-demand activities and the advice for hikes and sites to visit (notably the places of memory in this region with a strong resistant past (thank you Cécile In short, pure happiness for a carefree stay!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
