The food at Phaway was fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. What alos impressed me greatly was even though we were a group of 40 and kept the staff busy, they were equally attentive and gracious to their other guests. I would highly recommend Phaway for its freshness and value!

Unlike many restaurants in Cusco, Phaway is "natural" and does not use MSG. Overall, their food was a bit salty but very tasty! The fettuccini with calamari and langostinos was rich and flavorful. They are good with their herbs, spices, and chili sauces! The restaurant is not in the main tourist area but it's definitely worth checking out!
