From sitting to eating bath tables with fish swimming under your plates to the rooms, each with a theme with quirky touches as well as a simple one as soon as you get to the Cusco altitude above sea level, go to the city center around the corner. Had one night drinks and apples and sat in the 'terrace' area. really good drinks but a little on the expensive side. A few nights later left for dinner and had a really good meal. If you come to the restaurant, ask for one of the 'tables' that are old bathtubs with fish in them. Great dinner entertainment.

The interior is chee... read more Too bad this place is over. My wife came from Perú and wanted to come to this restaurant for a long time because of her amazing reputation. The interior is cheesy, but in all kinds you would want to be. The food was great. In no case extraordinary, but no complaints at the end. We had Quinua and Alpaca Steak. Word to the wise, if you expect a medium of rare steak in Perú, order it boiled medium, or expect to get a rare steak. This was a consistent problem with restaurants we visited, but not a deal breaker. I like both temperatures, so I ate what I was served instead of sending it a cube reel in every restaurant. They were easily disorganized with the waiting staff as we had a server, then another took over, then both had a pow with the manager over whose table it should be. We ended up with the first server. They were both great, so no complaints. A great experience!

All on the menu was delightful, but our... read more We stayed at this unique hotel for 3 days and ate several times in the restaurant. The food and service was exceptional. All on the menu was delightful, but our favorites were the ceviche, tuna, alpaca and filled avocado salad among the many other dishes. We also had drinks and they were thrilled. The decor is an amazing experience and one you do not want to miss while in Cusco. Really an unforgettable experience.

We got our dri... read more We had a horrible experience at Fallen Angel. We went here for dessert and a few drinks. We ordered pisco sours and a chocolate molten lava cake. We got our drinks within 20 minutes or so. We were originally seated at a large table and we were asked to move 30 minutes later because a larger party arrived. We were sent to a spot by the kitchen and our waiter promptly forgot about us. After an hour of waiting for our dessert, we asked where it was and were told it would be out soon. We had to ask several times before we finally got it. We complained to our waiter and he said they could give us a 15% discount. When our bill arrived, it was only 10%. We questioned the discount and our waiter told us that was the max they could give us. I believe we should have received a full refund after waiting over an hour for a chocolate dessert that takes 10 minutes to make from scratch.
